Terrace with space for a table to enjoy breakfast with views of the mountains or a dinner enjoying the coolness of summer nights.
Exquisitely decorated, it has everything you need to enjoy a fantastic vacation. The centralized air conditioning allows us to enjoy it both hot and cold, it has WIFI and the building also has a large community pool where you can cool off.
Its location makes this apartment a perfect place since you do not need a car to get around, just 100 meters away we find a fine sand beach, restaurants, bars and supermarkets.

GENERAL CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
- GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY:
In the event of a reservation cancellation, the amount paid will be refunded by NOOR GESTIÓN DE PROPIEDADES S.L. in accordance with the cancellation conditions specified in the listing of the reserved property.
- REFUND PERIOD ACCORDING TO CANCELLATION DATE:
If the cancellation is made within the permitted period according to the listing, the conditions indicated therein shall apply. Once the 30 calendar days prior to the arrival datehave passed, no amount will be refunded, unless the property listing specifies different conditions. - PROCEDURE FOR REQUESTING CANCELLATION:
The cancellation must be requested exclusively by emailto: npm@npmallorca.com. The refund will be issued directly to the card used for payment, except for payments made via bank transfer. The reimbursement will be processed within a maximum of 48 hours (excluding public holidays). - MANAGEMENT FEES:
Management fees derived from the refund will be deducted from the amounts to be returned, including: bank charges, commissions, and currency exchange fees. These amounts will be borne by the client. - OBLIGATION TO COMMUNICATE OUT-OF-TERM CANCELLATION:
If the cancellation occurs after the 30 calendar days prior to arrival, the guest, even without the right to a refund, is obliged to communicate the cancellationto NOOR GESTIÓN DE PROPIEDADES S.L. This allows the property to be offered again to other interested parties. - NO SHOW:
If the guest does not communicate the cancellation and does not show upon the scheduled arrival date, they must still pay the total rental amount, without exception. - CANCELLATION DUE TO GUEST’S FORCE MAJEURE:
If the guest must cancel their reservation due to force majeure, 100% of the amount paidwill be refunded, provided the cancellation is communicated up to 1 day before arrival. - CANCELLATION BY THE COMPANY:
If NOOR GESTIÓN DE PROPIEDADES S.L. is forced to cancel the reservation due to causes beyond its control or force majeure, it undertakes to: offer the guest an alternative accommodation of similar characteristics and price, provided there is availability, or refund the full amount of the reservation deposit, without any cost or administrative charge for the tenant. - FORCE MAJEURE CAUSES:
Force majeure causes include, among others: changes in government requirements regarding travel, declared health emergencies or epidemics, government restrictions on mobility, military actions or conflicts, and natural disasters. - COMPLAINTS:
